The Agents
AdStella deploys a coordinated fleet of agents that cover your entire direct sales pipeline. Agents handle inventory management, buyer discovery, deal negotiation, review, and trafficking into your ad server. Each agent owns a specific part of the pipeline and works autonomously within the rules you define.
AdStella runs several specialised agents: a Catalog Agent, Storefront Agent, Negotiation Agent, Deal Review Agent, Ad Server Agent, and Yield Agent. The exact configuration depends on your setup. More agents are in development.

Human buyers (media planners, agencies, DSP operators) get a branded storefront where they can browse your inventory and propose deals directly. Buy-side AI agents and automated systems can connect via API. Both paths land in the same pipeline for you to review.

Deals & Workflow
Every deal proposed by an agent lands in your dashboard as "pending review." You see full deal terms, buyer identity, matched products, and the agent's reasoning before anything happens.
The Ad Server Agent creates the order and line items in your ad server automatically. The deal goes live without any manual trafficking on your end.
Yes. Every deal stays in pending review until you act. You can approve, counter with revised terms, or reject. The Negotiation Agent handles any counter-proposal back to the buyer.
You set the pricing rules: target CPMs, acceptable deal structures, and volume thresholds. Agents propose deals that fit within those parameters. There are no auctions or dynamic floors. AdStella is built for direct, negotiated deals.
